Better AI starts with private, well-paid talent.
The annotation and evaluation work behind every modern model is too valuable to outsource through layers of middlemen. The teams doing the work deserve direct, transparent payment, and the labs commissioning the work deserve a system they fully control.
Worqgrid gives you both: a private, per-tenant workspace for running training-data work end-to-end, with global payouts that flow directly from your treasury to your contributors. We never sit between you and your team.

Origin
Why we're building this
Worqgrid started after watching enterprise AI teams cobble together CVAT for vision, doccano for text, a spreadsheet for RLHF rankings, a vendor for managed annotation, and Stripe Connect for payouts, paying a markup at every layer. We thought it should be one workspace, with one bill, paying contributors directly. So we built it.
