Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Worqgrid ("we", "us") provides a private workspace platform for AI training and data labeling. This policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the Worqgrid product.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, work email, organization, role, and the wallet address you nominate to receive payouts. To verify that you control that wallet, we ask you to sign a one-time challenge message; we store the resulting signature, the challenge nonce, and a timestamp. We do not collect government IDs or run identity-document KYC. We also receive technical data, IP address, device, browser, through standard server and cookie logging.

3. How we use your information

  • To operate the Worqgrid platform, authentication, project access, payout coordination.
  • To meet our legal obligations.
  • To improve the product and respond to support requests.
  • To send transactional and (with your consent) product-update email.

4. Data your organization controls

If you work inside a Worqgrid tenant, your organization is the controller of project data, label content, and labeler activity in that tenant. We act as a processor on their behalf and follow their instructions.

5. Payouts and on-chain data

Worqgrid does not custody funds. Payouts settle from your tenant's Safe multisig directly to contributor wallets on Solana or Ethereum. Transaction records on those networks are public by design, wallet addresses you choose to use will appear in the chain's public ledger.

6. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure subprocessors (cloud hosting, transactional email delivery) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@worqgrid.example to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management, and minimal analytics to understand traffic. We do not run third-party ad tracking.
